We have two sound restricted studios opening here that are great for a solo musician singers, DJs, Electronic, acoustic, horns, etc (no drums). One is $200 per month and one studio is $260 per month.
And we have one studio that has some sound restrictions at $365 per month. This studio could have a bit louder of music, they could have quieter drums (like jazz drums).
